Front Desk Receptionist
Fresh Touch Med Spa
Pay: $20–$27/hour
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Fresh Touch Med Spa is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, have excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will help create an exceptional experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client records
  • Recommend treatments, memberships, and skincare products
  • Support our practitioners and coordinate daily client flow
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a medical spa, clinic, salon, or customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable using scheduling software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Professional appearance with a positive, friendly attitude
  • Sales or retail experience is considered an asset
