Full job description

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable medical office receptionist to join our team part-time. Our goal is to provide the best possible care and service to our patients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Administrative and clerical duties related to the practice
  • Excellent organization, problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of patients
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments
  • Maintaining an organized and clean reception area and clinic
  • Greeting patients and managing patient flow
  • Able to draw up needles, take baby measurements, and basic diagnostics

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a medical office role
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing'
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Long-term commitment is preferred
  • Experience with OSCAR EMR software is an asset but additional training will be provided

Schedule: Must have full time availability Monday to Saturday

Start date: Immediately
