Job description:

Property Manager

**NO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LICENSE NEEDED**

To oversee and manage properties located across Canada

This position offers you the opportunity to oversee the management of buildings located throughout Canada in conjunction with a team of on-site building managers and administrators.

  • No property management license needed as you will be working for the owner operator.
  • We are looking for someone ideally with a combination of blue/white collar skills.
  • blue-collar hands-on experience in renovations such as painting, flooring, carpentry, etc background that knows their way around a renovation project when needed
  • white collar skills - handy with a computer with a good working knowledge of using Excel, Word, Dropbox, etc.
  • We won’t need you to do any renovations physically yourself, but your experience will be helpful in finding and managing trades to perform these services as well as managing on site building managers.
  • This role requires a combination of working in the office and travel to inspect properties on a regular basis.
