Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Korecki Real Estate Services

Korecki Real Estate Services, a rapidly expanding Property Management company, is seeking a highly motivated and professional Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls on the main office line, directing inquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Respond to emails from the corporate account in a clear and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information and handle general inquiries with excellent customer service
  • Draft and send letters, notices, and correspondence
  • Scan, file, and maintain organized records and documentation
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as required

Education:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
