Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) specializing in Real Estate Development to lead our financial planning, analysis, and management efforts. This pivotal role involves overseeing all financial activities related to real estate projects, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and driving sustainable growth. The CFO will collaborate closely with executive leadership to develop innovative financial strategies, manage risks, and optimize the company's investment portfolio. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company’s real estate development goals.

  • Manage all aspects of corporate finance including capital allocation, funding strategies, and investment analysis.

  • Ensure accurate account reconciliation and maintain robust financial records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Drive business development initiatives by identifying new investment opportunities and fostering relationships within the real estate industry.
  • Supervise financial reporting, audit processes, and compliance activities to uphold transparency and accountability.
  • Lead a high-performing finance team by providing mentorship, organizational guidance, and strategic direction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in corporate finance within the real estate development sector or related fields.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals effectively.
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, account reconciliation practices, and financial services operations.
  • Expertise in risk management strategies tailored to real estate investments and development projects.

  • Solid background in business development including identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Proficiency in budgeting processes, organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously, and strategic planning.
