Job Title: Social Media Manager and Content Creator (Video) – Part-Time, Real Estate

Job Description:

A Toronto-based luxury real estate agent is looking for a part-time social media freelancer to shoot, edit, and post video content across Instagram and TikTok.

This is a flexible, hourly role — approximately 5-10 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Shoot short-form vertical video (property walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle content)
  • Edit and post to Instagram (Reels/Stories) and TikTok
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and visual style
  • Recommend trending audio, formats, and content ideas suited to a luxury audience

Qualifications:

  • Experience shooting and editing video (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar)
  • Strong eye for composition, lighting, and pacing
  • Able to work independently with minimal direction
  • Comfortable traveling to Toronto-area listings for shoots
  • Real estate, interior design, or luxury lifestyle content experience an asset

Compensation: Hourly, based on experience. Flexible weekly hours (5-10), ongoing work for the right fit.
