The Opportunity
An industry leading Toronto team, specializing in office leasing, is actively seeking a proactive and resourceful individual to provide administrative, research and marketing support. This role is the backbone of the sales team and is highly valued.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Gathers supporting documentation to complete deal voucher forms and PREC invoices while abiding by company accounting policies as well as provincial guidelines. Liaison with the deals team.
Manages the marketing budgets and listing activities of the team.
Works with sales professionals to maintain MLS postings and statuses.
Drafts and coordinates agreements and related documentation to support listing and transaction activity – grow/nice to have.
Updates and maintains various information databases, and updates marketing materials and templates in InDesign.
Acts as a liaison with research and client services groups to coordinate the completion of marketing and various client-specific property data to incorporate into customized property information packages.
Financial analysis (nice to have) and market research.
Coordinates on/offsite meetings and broker events and photography.
Other administrative duties as required such as printing and binding as required by executives.
Track team expenses.

What We Require

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from 2-year college required.
3 years’ experience providing administrative support to a team of professionals preferred.
Experience in the Real Estate industry; commercial preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, special focus on Outlook and PowerPoint
Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary being offered for this position is $63,000-$70,000 annually. This role will provide the following benefits: generous paid time off, Group Retirement Program, Medical, Dental and Vision coverage, Life Insurance and more.
