The Opportunity

We are seeking a Leasing Agent with experience in new building lease-ups. This role is front-and-center in our organization and plays a direct role in the success of our developments.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leasing high-quality rental product
  • Representing the EC Living brand professionally and confidently
  • Driving occupancy through strong sales execution and follow-up
  • Working directly with management, construction, and marketing teams

This is a role for someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and thrives in a performance-based environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Execute full lease-ups for new residential developments
  • Lease stabilized buildings while maximizing rental value
  • Conduct showings, tours, and follow-ups with prospective tenants
  • Prepare and administer lease agreements and related documentation
  • Manage leads, applications, and leasing pipelines
  • Coordinate move-ins and provide an exceptional first impression
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Represent EC Living professionally at all times
