What You'll Do
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
- Attend qualified appointments and manage active clients
- Conduct showings, open houses, and client consultations
- Negotiate offers and guide clients through the full transaction process
- Build and maintain strong client relationships rooted in trust and transparency
- Conduct market research to accurately price and market properties
- Stay current with Calgary market trends, MLS listings, and industry best practices
- Guide clients through every step of buying, selling, and investing in real estate
What We're Looking For
- Active RECA license (or actively in the process of obtaining one) mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to grow and earn
- Ability to manage your own schedule
- Reliable transportation
