Summary

We are seeking a Line Cook to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in delivering outstanding guest experiences by providing excellent food quality, ensuring food safety standards, and supporting the overall operations of our culinary department.
Responsibilities

Prepares hot and cold food items, on the assigned station(s) in accordance with recipes and correct handling procedures

Maintain highest quality and appearance of all foods sent from kitchen and make sure plates are clean and appetizing

Maintain a neat and clean work environment in a safe, accident-free manner

Maintain proper pars of production levels according to estimates on the production sheets; maintain top quality freshness

Use leftovers and maintain proper storage of leftovers on hot food side. Label and date all food

Maintain clean and orderly refrigerators and work areas. Make sure that all stations are properly cleaned at end of shift and at end of evening.

Rotate all foods and correctly fill out production charts

Assist in all areas of the kitchen when required.

Qualifications

Knowledge of cooking methods including broil, sauté, grill, making soups and sauces, general food preparation, proper knife handling, maintain proper temperature, sanitation, light dessert knowledge required for plating specifications

Strong knowledge of food handling and safety procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.\

Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
