Jaylor Fabricating Inc. is looking for an experienced Engineering Designer to join our team.

Role Details:
- Love to work in a busy manufacturing environment.

- Drafting and maintaining engineering drawings, product designs, CAD files, Bill of Materials, etc. are maintained to the latest requirements and specification
- Assisting in new product development and related documentation
- Completing engineering RFCs and issuing ECNs.
- Resolve manufacturing issues in a timely and effective manner
- Carry out a limited range of mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components and materials
- Work with suppliers and subcontractors to source and supply components for production
- Complete designs and modifications for custom machine requests from customers.
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday
Required Skills:
- Mechanical Engineering degree or diploma and 2+ years experience
- 3D CAD experience, preferably Inventor
- Experience with ERP software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude is mandatory
- Experience in metal fabrication, mechanical systems, design
- Ability to work with little supervision, highly motivated
- Ability to be “hands on” to demonstrate processes using tools and large equipment.
- Agriculture background an asset
- Excellent communication skills.
