We work with clients in all market segments to provide them with comfortable and efficient heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

We are looking to hire a Refrigeration Journeyman to join our rapidly expanding heat pump division!

Duties:

  • Install, troubleshoot and repair central and mini-split heat pump systems
  • Upload notes to customer management software
  • Communicate with office staff to effectively coordinate HVAC installation and service
  • Maintain a reliable schedule to ensure jobs are completed on time \

Qualifications and Skills

  • Red Seal Refrigeration Certificate required
  • Heat pump installation experience
  • Basic hand tools (specialty tools will be provided)
  • Ambitious and self-starting
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Friendly and able to provide a positive customer experience
  • Punctual and keen to learn
  • Team player
