Guest Service Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Supervising guest services staff
  • Recruiting/hiring/training/scheduling/evaluating Guest Service Staff
  • Coaching and counselling team members
  • Coordinate all paging, taking messages, monitor alarm panels
  • Applying all operating procedures, ensuring cash control standards and systems are used
  • Completing inventory checks and departmental reports
  • Maintaining all transactions and postings
  • Assist with emergency procedures such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, and requests for police assistance
  • Any other duties as assignedWhat you’ll need as a Guest Service Supervisor:

Experience: 1+ years’ relevant supervisory experience preferred

Education: Post-Secondary education in a related field preferred

Other Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to employ persuasion and influence to initiate and/or resolve matters
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to work all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
