Job Summary

Join our dynamic healthcare team as an MRT or CLXT, where you will play a vital role in capturing high-quality diagnostic images that aid in accurate patient diagnosis and treatment. Your expertise will ensure precise imaging procedures are performed efficiently and safely, contributing to exceptional patient care. Responsibilities

  • Operate radiographic equipment to produce clear, detailed images of patients’ internal structures
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Follow strict safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure for patients and staff
  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate imaging techniques
  • Maintain detailed records of procedures, patient information, and equipment calibration logs
  • Assist in the maintenance and proper functioning of imaging equipment through routine checks and troubleshooting
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and confidentiality regulations throughout every procedure

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an MRT or CLXT in a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to radiography and patient care
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly to patients
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy
  • Certification or licensure as required by local health authorities or regulatory bodies
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift patients or equipment when necessary, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
