Full job description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a part-time, highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and managing administrative tasks. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively as team. This position is part-time; 2 days per week. Days will be Mondays and Wednesdays.

Responsibilities:
- Handle front desk duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations

Skills:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures

- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems

- Knowledge of Telus PS Suite preferred, but not required
- Strong vendor management skills
