We are Creative Outdoor Advertising, a Canadian-based street furniture advertising company. Selling advertising space on benches, recycling units, and bus shelters in Canada and the US since 1983. We are looking for a motivated individual as a full-time Production Services Assistant to join our growing team! In this role, you will help clients complete their artwork on time to meet installation deadlines. In servicing each client, the goal is to provide the client with a positive experience during the design process of their advertising sign.

Compensation: It is an annual salary of $40,000 per year with performance-based bonuses over time.

Schedule: The working hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with 45 minutes for lunch.

Position Details: Full-time remote work-from-home position. You must have a quiet office space and a secure high-speed internet connection to be considered.

Location: You must reside in the York Region or GTA area and have a valid Driver’s Licence and vehicle should you need to come to our offices on Gormley, Ontario (Hwy 404/Stouffville Road) for training, an in-person meeting, or event. There are no public transit services near our offices.

Responsibilities:

• Initiating the design process by contacting the client via email and phone
• Following up with the client on providing the information requested
• Ordering layouts from the designer using the company database
• Proofing layouts before distributing to the client
• Distributing proofs through email
• Following up with the client on changes
• Advising clients on effective designs and suggesting ideas on improving layouts
• Maintaining productions services files in order and conducting prompt follow-ups
• As well as additional administrative tasks

Description of the Ideal Candidate:

• Is attentive to details, well organized, and able to handle demanding clients
• Is creative and able to visualize and develop overall layout design
• Has outstanding customer service, verbal and written communication skills, as you will be responding to clients
• Is comfortable with deadlines and able to manage clients within the deadlines in a firm but friendly manner
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Maps). Fast and comfortable on the computer and easily able to pick up new programs. Some experience with Microsoft Access or other databases is an asset.
