Full Production Crews and Flat Roofing Labourers
Normandeau Roofing is currently recruiting for:

Full Production Crews (Foreman and crew) and Flat Roofing Labourers (Experience is preferred but not required, will train)

Pay: $21-$46.15 per hour

About Us

Normandeau Roofing has been a name in the industry for over 40 years. We proudly serve Manitoba, Saskatchewan and NW Ontario.

We are located in the St Boniface Industrial Park (off Dugald Rd) in Winnipeg.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated proficiency in written/oral communication in the English language
  • Valid driver license is an asset, but not required
  • Work at heights (scaffolding, climb up to 40ft ladders, etc.)
  • Work extended hours, as applicable (early start times, late end times, work longer than 10hrs per day, weekend work, etc.)
  • Physically fit
  • Able to lift and/or carry up to a maximum of 90lbs
  • Able to pull (ripping roofs, hand hoist, setting rolls, etc.)
  • Able to push (wheel barrows, equipment, brooms, mops, etc.)
  • Work under several weather conditions (wind, cold, heat, dust, etc.)
  • Commitment to quality and safety
  • Must be alert and resourceful and be able to interact with a cross section of individuals
  • Must be able to demonstrate patience and perseverance, and embrace change when it occurs
