**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Dental Receptionist to join our dental office team. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative tasks while providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly

- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently

- Verify insurance coverage and process patient billing

- Maintain electronic medical records accurately

- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow

- Handle patient inquiries and provide necessary information

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role

- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures

- Proficiency in using dental office software such as Curve Denatl

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with front desk operations in a medical or dental office setting
