ANTIPASTOS is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual to fill a position on our Food Production team. The Food Production Employee takes on a variety of tasks while ensuring and maintaining a high standard of quality control when preparing food items . Responsibilities include following detailed recipes and procedures in the production of food items from raw ingredients for retail and catering needs. Additionally, the Production Worker is responsible for preparing and packaging individual dinners to be sold in the retail freezers. Other duties include: storing food according to safe food handling guidelines, and operating food processing equipment according to Health and Safety protocols and procedures.

Maintaining a clean and sanitized, well stocked work area, as well as, upholding Food Handling and Health and Safety Standards is a high priority.

Food Production Workers must recognize specialty items and ensure specifics of a receipe are accurately completed.

This position operates in a fast-paced environment; as a part of a team, making interpersonal skills crucial. A clean work station must be maintained throughout the day and all employees must follow the Food Handling Safety guidelines. The Food Production Worker must adhere to Standards of Operations and Health and Safety protocols at all times.

Successful candidates must have kitchen experience, be reliable, be able to work in a fast paced environment and work well in a team environment.

ANTIPASTOS' business hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:00am-5:00pm. Closed all major holidays. However, the Production team works 7am-3pm.
