Sales Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Calgary, AB (Hybrid) | Salary: $45,000/year | Contract: 1-Year (Maternity Leave Coverage)

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality and continuous improvement?

We are looking for a Sales Quality Assurance Specialist to join our growing Calgary-based team. As our team continues to grow, we're looking for someone who can help us maintain the highest standards of sales quality and compliance. This is not a role that manages product quality — it focuses on ensuring sales issues and escalations are handled appropriately.

What You'll Do (Working with our vendor partner)

  • Support the Operations Manager in communicating sales quality measurements, trends, best practices, and improvement opportunities to sales agents individually and in group settings
  • Monitor internal and external benchmarks to ensure sales procedures remain compliant
  • Assist with audits and investigations, ensuring corrective actions and change controls are properly implemented
  • Compile and manage investigation files while tracking timely completion of corrective actions
  • Collaborate across departments to keep compliance requirements current
  • Maintain quality-related training programs and uphold confidentiality of sensitive information

What We're Looking For

  • Strong critical thinking skills and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfort analyzing data in spreadsheets/databases
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Flexibility and availability for evenings/weekends as needed for special calls or requests
