  • Strong understanding of vine water status and irrigation systems
  • Detail-oriented with accurate data collection and reporting skills
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work outdoors in all conditions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license

Assets:

  • Degree in Viticulture, Horticulture, or related field
  • Spanish/English bilingual skills
  • Pesticide applicator certificate
  • Experience with irrigation installation and maintenance

Employee Benefits:

Why Join Us?

At Quails’ Gate, you’ll gain hands-on experience across diverse vineyard sites, contribute to work that directly impacts wine quality, and be part of a team that takes pride in growing something exceptional—from the ground up.
