Job Title: Data Test Lead (ETL & Data Migration)

Location: Calgary, AB (On-Site)
Duration: 12+ Month Contract

Start Date: ASAP

Job Description::

We are seeking an experienced Data Test Lead with expertise in ETL Testing and Data Migration Testing to lead end-to-end testing activities for enterprise data migration projects.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of Data Test experience with 3+ years in a Test Lead role.
  • Strong experience in ETL Testing and Data Migration Testing.
  • Expertise in SQL for data validation and reconciliation.
  • Experience with Data Warehouse testing and source-to-target validation.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, ADF, or AWS Glue.
  • Experience with JIRA/Azure DevOps and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ETL and Data Migration testing efforts.
  • Create test strategy, test plans, and test cases.
  • Validate data integrity, transformations, and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate SIT, UAT, Regression, and End-to-End testing.
  • Track defects, provide status updates, and ensure successful project delivery.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: $55.00-$60.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
