The Opportunity:
As a Oracle Payroll, Senior Associate , unlock your potential and embrace the chance to drive meaningful outcomes that’ll elevate your career. Your role will include, but isn’t limited to:

Gather requirements from the client on their HCM requirements especially Payroll and broader business requirements and how they align to Oracle functionality.

Work with our team to configure the Oracle solution to meet the customers’ Payroll related and broader HCM requirements
-
Help clients and systems team test the Oracle solution
-
Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate customers on the Oracle solution
-
Recommend best practices to solve complex client requirements
-
Assist in developing functional specification for reports and integrations
-
Troubleshoot and resolve of testing errors and issues in configuration, business processes, data conversion, documentation or the user's lack of experience

Maintain Oracle certifications and qualifications
-
Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
What You'll Bring:

Previous Consulting experience in Human Capital Management or in-house consulting in an Payroll capacity

Participated in client workshops and hands on experience in implementation and technical support

Superior detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills

The salary range for this position is $84,700 - $134,700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
