  • Collaborate with global teams on initiatives such as Pillar Two / global minimum tax compliance
  • Contribute to cross-market projects and reporting activities

People Leadership

  • Lead and develop a small team (Tax Supervisor and Analysts)
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management
  • Ensure team priorities are clear and aligned with business objectives

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 7–10+ years of experience in corporate tax, ideally within a multinational environment
  • Background in Big 4 (tax advisory or compliance) is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Legal with tax compliance advisory experience
  • Strong corporate tax expert with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
  • Experience with transfer pricing and intercompany transactions
  • Exposure to international tax frameworks (e.g., Pillar Two) is a plus
  • Collaborative and skilled at stakeholder management across functions and geographies.
