What will your typical day look like?
The Global Sales team is an integral component of the Global DTTL platform, tasked with ensuring consistency in sales practices, sharing best practices, and enhancing win rates on a global scale. Collaborating closely with designated Global Sales Leaders from various geographies and business units, the team is committed to executing strategic priorities that are typically high-impact and high-visibility, aligning with the overarching strategic objectives of the firm.
Role and responsibilities:
The Global Sales Strategy & Innovation Senior Consultant is responsible for supporting the conception, creation, and execution of key Global Sales strategic priorities, supporting the Global Sales Leader, and driving related programs and meetings, with a focus on PMO (project delivery and management), including executive meeting support, stakeholder engagement, and communications support.- We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team and across global stakeholders.
- As part of the Program Office, this position will work with senior leadership in Deloitte’s member firms and global businesses, and leadership across other Global teams, to deliver on Global Sales’ goals.
Your work will include:
Global Sales Strategy & Innovation- Support strategic activities for Global sales, working closely with the Strategy & Innovation Manager and Portfolio Leader to drive strategic initiatives, including our Virtual Sales Coach (VSC) and ad hoc sales innovation projects.
- Assist in formation and execution of MDM engagement priorities, involving working with and coordinating cross-business initiatives with Global Tax & Legal and Audit & Assurance.
- Lead tracking of the sales and pipeline for Global Sales Market-shaping plays (MSPs), coordinating with Sales Coaches, pursuit engagement teams, and other stakeholders.
- Support the planning and execution of meetings, including logistics, agendas, pre-reads, notes (leveraging AI) and action tracking.
- Global Sales Leader Support
- Develop, prepare, and manage presentation materials, ensuring consistent and targeted messaging.
- Assist in managing the agenda and communications (calendar, shared mailbox).
- Monitor and prepare Global Growth and Global Consulting Services executive updates and action items pertaining to Global Sales.
- Serve as a point of contact for project teams for coordination and information requests, seeking guidance and escalating as appropriate. Coordinate across stakeholders to keep projects on track and ensure high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines.
- Provide other support as needed—producing communications and supporting the stand-up of special projects.
- Global Sales Operations/Team & Culture
- Provide oversight and support to the Global Sales Operations Consultant through contributing to team operations management and Team & Culture activities as part of the Program Office.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or consulting
- Proven track record of supporting cross-functional teams and delivering strategic initiatives
- Understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience in team operations and/or team culture management
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a global, matrixed environment an asset
Required Technical Skills
Strong storytelling and presentation skills including for senior/executive audiences- Proficiency in Jupiter/CRM
- Strategic thinking and problem solving
- Excellent project and time management
- Data-driven decision making and reporting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
- Experience working with/in technology (AI, Agentics) an asset
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
