Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Bartender and become the heart of our lively hospitality environment! In this energetic role, you will craft delicious drinks, deliver exceptional customer service, and create memorable experiences for every guest. Whether mixing classic cocktails or engaging with guests at the bar, your positive attitude will be key to our success. Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and safety standards
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an enjoyable experience
  • Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations
  • Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety for all patrons
  • Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and beverages efficiently to keep service seamless
  • Handle cashing out customers, balancing registers, and performing cashiering duties with precision

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in bartending, serving, or food industry roles is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS and basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
  • Experience in restaurant or food service environments is a plus
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
