Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Back of House Staff member to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will support food preparation, cooking, and food service operations to ensure smooth daily restaurant functions. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to food safety and quality are paramount.

Duties

  • Assist in food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
  • Support cooking processes, including grilling, plating, and finishing dishes
  • Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene practices during all stages of food handling
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment
  • Ensure timely delivery of prepared dishes to front-of-house staff for service
  • Follow food safety regulations and restaurant policies at all times
  • Support inventory management by organizing ingredients and supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of food quality and presentation

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HIGH VOLUME food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is REQUIRED
  • Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
  • Skills in serving, food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of the food industry standards and customer service principles
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if needed
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to the food industry
