Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences.

Our Menu consists of: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Dessert, Milkshakes

Restaurant Seating Capacity: 50 inside and 2 outdoor patios seating for additional 50.

We have 2 restaurants in 1 building. We have a Takeout Pizza shop and Rice Bowl, and Smoothies.

Open 7 Days a Week.

Staff is able to earn a lot of tips $$

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in food service, ensuring that every guest receives top-notch service. This role is perfect for individuals with fine dining experience, as well as those who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
  • Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, aiming for complete satisfaction.
  • Support banquet services by setting up and breaking down event spaces as required.
  • Must be willing to cross-train in the kitchen and assist accordingly.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
  • Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
  • Familiarity with dietary restrictions and the ability to accommodate special requests is beneficial.
