Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Line Cook and possible Supervisor to join our dynamic culinary team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about food service, cooking, and restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Whether working as a line cook or supervising kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Ensure all food is prepared safely and in compliance with food handling regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sanitation of equipment and work surfaces
  • Assist in meal preparation during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • (potential) Supervise kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth operation during shifts
  • (potential) Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
  • Uphold food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Full Time availability through a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments with knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices
  • Excellent food-service skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
  • (for potential supervisory role) Previous experience in meal preparation, food industry operations, or as a supervisor is preferred
  • (for potential supervisory role) Ability to lead a team effectively, demonstrating good communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance is a plus
  • A passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service
