Job Summary

Richmond's is seeking energetic and dedicated servers to join our vibrant team for an exciting and busy fall and winter season! Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating, menu selections, and inquiries to foster a welcoming atmosphere
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale)
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations
  • Manage guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits

Requirements

  • Previous food service or restaurant experience is REQUIRED (MINIMUM 3 YEARS HIGH VOLUME)
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
  • Experience with POS systems platforms
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons
