Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between [$45,000 – $50,000] annually, depending on experience.

Status: new vacancy

imagi(nation)

We’re bold, creative, pushing boundaries, sparking innovation and creating the extraordinary on the daily. Our entrepreneurial spirit and passion drives us to find new paths for some of the most recognized brands in the world. We act locally for global impact. We take risks. We empower. We go beyond.

To those who won’t settle for the expected—you’ve found your crew.

The role

If you consider yourself chronically online, consider yourself qualified.

We're looking for a Junior Content Creator early in their career who already has the instinct — you know what's funny, what's cringe, what's worth a re-watch, and what's already over. We'll help you build the rest.

You spot trends before they hit the roundups. When a brand fumbles a trend, you could easily explain why. You put more thought into your IG dumps than most people will admit to, every slide composed like it's a shot list. Your aesthetics are on point, your eye's already there. Every director had a day one. This could be yours.

Responsibilities:

  • Bring real social landscape knowledge into brainstorms
  • Know the platform rules (safe zones, captions, specs)
  • Translate internet culture for the rest of the team when needed (slang, trends, context)
  • Stay locked in on what's actually working for brands online and bring examples
  • Help the team move fast when a trend's taking off
  • Adapt trends to fit our brands without sanding off what made them good
  • Jump in on editing when the team needs an extra hand

Qualifications:

  • Some experience in content creation, social media, or video — school projects, internships, your own page, all count
  • Mobile shooting and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, whatever you've got)
  • You've got an eye for composition and visual layouts. You're the type to reframe a shot three times before it feels right
  • A good understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts) and what actually performs on each.
  • Strong instincts for trends, sounds, and formats and the timing to know when something's worth jumping on
  • Comfortable on set and behind the scenes, even when things move fast or change last minute
  • Organized enough to keep assets, footage, and deliverables from turning into a mess
  • Open to feedback and direction from senior creatives
  • A team player who's easy to work with under deadline pressure

What’s in it for you:

We Value The ‘whole You’

  • An innovative and entrepreneurial work environment that promotes ingenuity and individuality - with the best of colleagues, and the best of clients
  • Hybrid work models and flexible hours, plus a work from anywhere policy for short-term stays in other regions
  • Generous Vacation starting at 3 weeks + 1 extra week over the holidays
  • Agency summer days (exact policy differs per campus and agency)
  • Modern, open co-working spaces with coffee & snack bars, located in great city neighborhoods, close to shops and restaurants and easy access to public transport
  • Dogs allowed, dedicated Play Room to support families and Private wellness room (in select offices)
  • Team social events - holiday parties, seasonal gatherings, weekly happy hours, inspiring speakers and more!

We are obsessed with learning and being better humans

  • In-house learning & development sessions and annual career and growth conversations’
  • Access to internal network of opportunities across all agencies
  • Internal EDI group(s), programs & initiatives across Plus Company and opportunities to be involved in employee resource group(s)

Check out our EDI report here to learn more about our work and commitment towards equity.

We invest in your health and wellness:

  • Dedicated play rooms for days you need to bring the kids and health and wellness rooms when you need a place to get grounded.
  • A responsible sick & personal absence days policy designed so you don't have to worry the moment a personal obligation or emergency arises.
  • Maternity leave top up program.
