You also:

• Have a Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in counselling, psychotherapy, or related discipline.
• Are a Registered Psychotherapist (RP), registered with the CRPO or Registered Social Worker (RSW), registered with the OCSWSSW.
• Have at least 2 years’ experience providing psychotherapy.
• Hold current and sufficient professional liability insurance in Ontario.
• Are able to work with clients from assessment to termination, formulating and implementing an agreed-upon treatment plan with defined goals.

Having these additional qualifications is a bonus!

• Prior private practice experience.
• Bilingualism (French/ English), or other languages
• Experienced in conducting support groups or group therapy.
• Niche and specialty areas of practice - e.g., art therapy, EMDR, children and teens, couples.

Hours & Location

This position is for in-person services, and you must be available to attend appointments at our practice location in Kemptville, ON. We also offer virtual appointments throughout Ontario.

• Work hours and schedule may vary depending on client and practice needs. Your work hours will include some morning, afternoon and weekend shifts.
• This is a full-time position, and you should be available to hold at least 15 sessions per week; there is no minimum guarantee for clients or sessions.

Expected start date: October 1, 2025

Job Type: Contractor Therapist, Full-time

Pay Rate: $95.00 - $155.00 per client session depending on experience.
