Full job description

Company Overview

Psychology Centre is seeking a part-time contract Psychometrist to work in Mississauga. Candidate must have several years of experience conducting psychoeducational and neuropsychological assessments with children, adolescents, and adults. Experience administering, scoring, and data management of standardized psychometric tests are essential. The Psychometrist will work under the supervision of a Clinical Neuropsychologist. This is a positive and collaborative environment that offers a competitive wage.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Master’s Degree in Psychology preferred

· 3-5 years of experience conducting psychoeducational and neuropsychological assessments with children, adolescents, and adults

Responsibilities

· Must know how to administer and score: WAIS; WISC; WIAT; WRAML, WMS, etc.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

· High attention to detail

· Computer literacy i.e., Excel and Word documents required

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Commitment to work professionally and on time deadlines

· Criminal record check (Vulnerable Sector) required

Please note: Cover letter outlining what objective psychometric tests you can administer and score reliably is required with your Resume. If you do not submit a cover letter with this requirement, you will not be considered for the position.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20.0 per week
