- Build strong therapeutic relationships with children and families grounded in trust, respect, and compassion.
Skills
- Has experience supporting children with diverse developmental, behavioural, communication, and emotional needs.
- Practices from a neuroaffirming, strengths-based, trauma-informed perspective.
- Values collaboration and enjoys learning alongside other professionals.
- Is flexible, organized, and able to work independently.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with families and community partners.
- Brings warmth and creativity to their work.
Qualifications
- Degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience providing behavioural consultation with children and families.
