• Job Type: Independent Contractor
• Revenue Split: Auren Wellness offers a 60/40 revenue split for unsupervised clinicians, with up to 80/20 in specific circumstances.

About Us

Auren Wellness is a private practice in Ottawa dedicated to providing exceptional support to clinicians practicing in mental health. Auren has a new suite of beautiful offices at 1 Centrepointe Dr that have been designed from the ground up for therapy services. Our team of experienced therapists can provide guidance and collaboration to practitioners at any point in their career.

We believe in authenticity, inclusivity, and continuous learning for our clients and our team.

Your Role:

• You are an independent contractor fully in control of your time, your caseload and your business.
• You provide compassionate, client-centered therapy in-person or virtually.
• You empower clients to navigate challenges and work towards meaningful change.

What We’re Looking For:

• A compassionate professional with a genuine commitment to client care and empowerment.
• A Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
• A Master of Social Work (MSW) in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
• A Psychologist in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO).
• Openness to learning, growth, and collaboration.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is a huge asset.
