Part-Time Casual Receptionist Job Posting

Our counselling clinic in Woodbridge is in search of a receptionist to join our team. If you are looking for a satisfying career, in a friendly and welcoming environment, then we may be the right fit for you! We are looking for someone who is mature, friendly, sharp, energetic and very well organized. You will be responsible for ensuring all operations of the clinic are running smoothly in the background. You should be enthusiastic, reliable, punctual, organized, have great time management skills, and actually enjoy multi-tasking.

-Working knowledge of excel

Job duties and responsibilities:

-Manage all the operations of front desk, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking payments, invoicing, greeting clients and addressing administrative concerns.

-Manage clinician’s room booking schedules

-Manage and upkeep of the clinic

- Overlook the opening and closing procedures of the clinic

-Take payments from clients

-Ensure maximum client satisfaction through a high quality service approach

- Have a very good knowledge of the central electronic booking and invoice generating system

-Prepare paper and electronic charts and files for new and repeated patients in the most confidential manner

-Have an understanding of the confidentiality and ethical policies that pertains to Social Workers, Psychotherapists, and Psychologist and ensure the operation of the clinic is in accordance with those guidelines.

-Confirm client appointments and follow ups

-Manage all administrative filing

-Answer phones and do client intake in a professional manner

-Maintain clinic cleanliness and neat appearance

-Scan, Fax and photocopy documents as needed

Hours

16-24 hours per week (may gradually build up depending on need)

Salary

-Starting at $22/hour (opportunity for growth based on yearly reviews)
