Resident Manager

Job Summary
We are a leading real estate investment and professional property management company focused on acquiring and managing properties in Winnipeg and Toronto. Our portfolio includes a wide range of managed assets, primarily residential apartment buildings, but also commercial properties. Delivering outstanding results over the past 40 years has led us to our long-standing reputation as a trusted investment company and management partner.

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Resident Manager to provide a great tenant experience and maintain a desirable, clean, and safe living space. You will be responsible for multiple properties and must be prepared to effectively work a full day.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Administration: showing of units, inspection reports, tenant communication
  • Cleaning: ensure common areas are respectably clean throughout the week
  • Maintenance: support office and trades for repairs and maintenance requirements
  • Groundskeeping: ensure walkways are clear of debris, snow, and ice for safe passage and grounds are respectably clean throughout the week

Preferred Requirements

  • MUST HAVE 3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A RESIDENT MANAGER
  • Secondary School Diploma
  • Must be able to complete physical activities such as cleaning, simple repairs, and seasonal landscaping and snow clearing
