Account Representative

Eco-Pro Services is a locally owned Alberta company headquartered in Crossfield, Alberta, providing fuel, propane, equipment rentals, and site support services to customers across the construction, industrial, energy, transportation, and commercial sectors.

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Account Representative to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines office-based collaboration with customer visits throughout Calgary and the surrounding area. You'll play a key role in developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and helping Alberta businesses find the products and services they need to keep their operations running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout Calgary and surrounding areas
  • Conduct customer visits, site meetings, and service reviews
  • Prepare quotations and service proposals
  • Follow up on inquiries and sales opportunities in a timely manner
  • Work closely with Operations, Dispatch, and Customer Service teams to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and account activity
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing customer accounts
  • Represent Eco-Pro professionally within the marketplace and community
  • Support company growth objectives through proactive business development activities

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, account management, customer service, or business development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with an acceptable driving record

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in construction, industrial services, transportation, fuel, propane, equipment rental, or related industries
  • Knowledge of the Calgary and surrounding market
  • Experience preparing quotations and managing customer accounts
