About the Future in Progress: Future Leaders program

Our 36-month program is designed for bold thinkers and ambitious professionals ready to experiment, introduce new ideas, and lead change that spans borders. Through two high-impact rotations, you’ll create transformative solutions while learning from some of the brightest minds in the industry. As you progress, you’ll build strong connections with senior leadership and a vibrant alumni community, all committed to accelerating your development and amplifying your influence.

Who Can Apply?

We’re searching for accomplished, forward-thinking professionals who thrive in complexity, take ownership, and are eager to shape the future. To be eligible for the Future in Progress: Future Leaders Program, you should have:

  • A master’s degree in business, business administration (MBA), economics, or a related field.
  • No less than 6 years of post-graduation professional experience in a global organization, with exposure to diverse markets and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English and the local language of the country where you’re applying.
  • Legal right to work in the country of application (without sponsorship).
  • Willingness and ability to relocate internationally and within your home market.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to apply business insights in decision-making.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex challenges.
  • Agility and resilience in fast-changing environments.
  • Initiative to drive progress and propose bold ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across functions.

Experience in People & Culture Business Partnering, including:

  • Business acumen, translating business and organizational needs into people priorities, practical solutions, and measurable outcomes
  • Talent and performance management, including supporting talent reviews, succession discussions, and development actions aligned to business priorities
  • Organization design and workforce planning, helping leaders shape teams, roles, and capabilities to deliver business results
  • Communication and change management, enabling leaders and teams to adopt new ways of working and navigate transformation effectively
  • Labor and employee relations, with experience supporting managers on complex people matters with sound judgment and a balanced approach
  • Stakeholder partnership and influence, building trusted relationships with leaders to challenge thinking, guide decisions, and strengthen accountability
  • Coaching and advisory support, helping leaders build team effectiveness, address people risks early, and create engaging employee experience
