Full job description

Bre-Ex Construction is an independently owned and operated construction firm located in London, Ontario. Bre-Ex Construction has grown to specialise in heavy civil construction, site grading, general contracting, utility/electrical services, land development and aggregates to better serve our partners across Southwestern Ontario. We take pride in being one of the largest construction firms in the City of London.

Typical Duties

  • Tracking employee and equipment hours
  • Summarizing work for the day & conditions
  • Assist Project Managers & Operations with various production reports
  • Inventory of production materials and parts required
  • Track changes to daily production forecasts and quality issue resolutions
  • Completion of various reports and communication to project and field staff
  • Working closely with Project team and administrators to ensure field documentation matches production forecasts, reporting deviations and special requests
  • Monitoring general site conditions, safety and safety equipment such as traffic control, fencing, tree protection, general hazards

Working Conditions:

  • Working in an office & field environment with computers and drawings
  • Working in a high-paced environment

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Combination of technical training and/or related experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and MS Projects
  • Time Management and Organization Skills (pre-planning, multi-tasking, documentation).
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • A self-motivated personality that can be successful independently and in a team

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 47.5 – 50 per week
