We have an immediate opening for a Construction Project Manager in our London office. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of project management and contract administration for mechanical and electrical building systems on institutional projects of varying scale, including large and complex developments.

Our construction project management team provides critical professional representation to clients throughout the construction process. Responsibilities include attending site meetings, monitoring construction progress, reviewing work for compliance with contract documents, preparing inspection reports, and responding to requests for information.

The ideal candidate will have experience with construction practices, materials, and methods, along with a strong understanding of construction drawings, contracts, and supplementary documents. Experience with mechanical or electrical building systems is required, and a background in the skilled trades (plumbing or electrical) is considered an asset. Proficiency with standard office software applications is also required.

Skills / Qualifications

  • Skilled Trade certification and/or post-secondary diploma in Architectural Technology, Construction Management or Engineering Technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work diligently and methodically under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Valid driver's license
