With a commitment to quality and service and a passion for design, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our Senior Management team and play an important role in our growth trajectory.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will report to Vice President and play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the successful execution of architectural glazing projects from conception to completion. This individual will collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure project feasibility and compliance with specifications.
  • Coordinate project kick-off meetings, establishing clear communication channels among all stakeholders.

Client Engagement:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to clients on project progress.
  • Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

Budget and Cost Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that financial goals are met.
  • Monitor project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure that all architectural glazing products meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess workmanship and address any issues promptly.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field seen as an asset.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the architectural glazing or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of architectural glazing systems and installation processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Estimating experience or aptitude for estimating seen as a key asset
