Project Manager – Fix Network Restorations (A Division of the Luxuria Group of Companies)

We specialize in disaster restoration services—helping families and businesses recover from events such as fire, flood, storm, and other emergencies. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our growing restoration team in Edmonton. This role is ideal for an ambitious, detail-oriented individual who is eager to develop their career in disaster restoration and construction management.

We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and industry-specific courses to support your growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to technicians and site crews across multiple active job sites.
  • Oversee office staff to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Organize, deploy, and schedule technicians based on project priorities, scope of work, and operational requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to timelines.
  • Serve as the senior on-site authority, addressing operational issues and escalating concerns as required.
  • Oversee emergency response, mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction activities from initiation through completion.
  • Ensure project scopes, work plans, and schedules are executed accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors, and site logistics to support uninterrupted workflow.
  • Maintain accurate and timely field documentation, including daily reports, photos, and job updates.
  • Review daily reports and guide teams based on current priorities and objectives.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and oversight to technicians to ensure quality standards and expectations are met.
  • Monitor technician performance, attendance, and job readiness in the field.
  • Support onboarding and field training of new technicians as required.
  • Promote accountability, professionalism, and teamwork across field crews.
  • Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, adjusters, consultants, and vendors when required.
  • Assist in estimating and administrative tasks as need
  • Address client or stakeholder concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution of site-related issues.
  • Communicate regularly with senior management regarding project status, risks, staffing needs, and operational updates.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in restoration with demonstrated field leadership experience.
  • Proven experience supervising technicians, trades, or field crews.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Xactimate, PSA Restoration Management, and related restoration systems
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a clear criminal background check.
