Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Field Operations

  • Program Delivery: Plan and monitor progress of HVAC projects according to defined schedules, resource plans, and contractual deliverables. Plan and monitor program execution
  • Resource Allocation: Manage field crews (installers), coordinating appointments, coverage changes, and workload distribution across multiple sites.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks or delays, and proactively implement solutions to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Documentation: Maintain rigorous project documentation, including executive-ready reports, program updates, client education materials, and compliance records.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor Degree
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft "executive-ready" materials and proposals.
  • Negotiation: Effective negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and clients.
  • Independence: Ability to independently manage multiple activities at various locations and strictly meet deadlines.
  • Technical Expertise: Residential HVAC knowledge, Building Science knowledge, Google suite/ Microsoft SharePoint skills
