Full job description

Trialta is a thriving Oil and Gas EPC with approximately 120 team members. We are a fast pace professional office environment working with many clients on their engineering projects. We are located Downtown in a professional office tower. The role will support the executive management team in designing and administering systems of accounting controls and procedures for this fast growing organization.

Successful Candidates will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Managing/Controlling Company Costs via Quick Books Online
  • Reporting to upper management re: costs and control
  • Administering Payroll responsibilities
  • Administering Payments to vendors and contractors
  • Liaise with external accountants on tax matters
  • Administrative tasks related to contracts and costs
  • Invoicing and professional time billing reconciliation
  • Providing ongoing support to executive team with ad hoc needed financial reports
  • Manage, design, and executing Month end closing procedures

Successful candidate requires:

  • Excellent MS Suite skills – word, excel, outlook, etc
  • Chartered Professional Accountant with a minimum of 3 years post designation experience
  • Experience with project accounting in an EPC or the Oil & Gas industry
  • Quickbooks Online proficiency
  • Experience working with Ceridian
  • Experience working with Harvest time tracking
