We manage River Park Glen, a large mixed-use multifamily property in downtown Fort McMurray. Our team oversees daily operations for the condominium corporation, commercial tenants, as well as a portfolio of hundreds of residential rental units.

- Prior admin experience in high-accountability settings like law firms or medical offices is a plus
The Position:
You’ll support the property management team across:
- Reception & administration (first point of contact, scheduling, filing)
- Staff coordination (maintenance, cleaning crews)
- Leasing & showings (rental units)
- Inspections (move-in/out, facility walkthroughs)
- Tenant & owner relations (communications, collections, lease admin)
- Financial admin (condo fees, assessments, work orders)
- Contractor & project oversight (repairs, capital upgrades)
- Reporting & compliance (bylaws, parking, inventory)
- Some evening & weekend appointments (additional compensation).
