Full job description
Job Description will include but not be limited to:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple jobs, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with departments to gather requirements, define objectives, and communicate progress effectively.
- Manage customer relationships and oversee performance to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers through the program.
- Coordinate mold trials , inspections and customer approvals.
- Participate in customer meetings, project kick-offs , design reviews and program status meetings
- Utilizing internal ERP system
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying quality management principles
- Travel as required within Canada and U.S.A
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing , tooling, molds, and machining
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly at all levels.
- Expertise in requirements gathering and requirements management to ensure projects are completed
- Skilled in management negotiations to optimize partnerships while controlling costs.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management and budgeting to deliver projects on schedule within financial constraints.
Experience:
- Knowledge of tooling design, tool build processes,
- 5+ years of experience
