Full job description

Job Description will include but not be limited to:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple jobs, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with departments to gather requirements, define objectives, and communicate progress effectively.
  • Manage customer relationships and oversee performance to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers through the program.
  • Coordinate mold trials , inspections and customer approvals.
  • Participate in customer meetings, project kick-offs , design reviews and program status meetings
  • Utilizing internal ERP system
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying quality management principles
  • Travel as required within Canada and U.S.A

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing , tooling, molds, and machining
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly at all levels.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering and requirements management to ensure projects are completed
  • Skilled in management negotiations to optimize partnerships while controlling costs.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management and budgeting to deliver projects on schedule within financial constraints.

Experience:

  • Knowledge of tooling design, tool build processes,
  • 5+ years of experience
