About RUM Group Inc.
RUM Group Inc. is an AI infrastructure and video company. Its Quake AI business delivers AI compute as a service, operating AI data centers including GPU and CPU compute, storage, and networking at scale. Rumble, RUM Group's video business and the original tenant of Quake AI, provides creators and enterprises a full suite of video technologies, unlocking reach, scale, and monetization. RUM Group is building the rails of the agentic-first enterprise: the AI compute, cloud infrastructure, and trust layer for the agentic AI future, advancing RUM Group's mission to maximize the power of human imagination. Rumble is seeking a Brand Designer to create bold, high-impact visual work across our brand, marketing, creator, and business initiatives. This role is ideal for a designer who can translate ideas into clear, compelling creative across a wide range of formats, from landing pages and social assets to presentations, event materials, and campaign collateral. You'll help shape how Rumble shows up to creators, users, advertisers, and partners across a fast-growing video platform built around independent voices and audience connection.
In this role, you'll bring Rumble's suite of brands to life through thoughtful, high-quality design that is both consistent and adaptable. You should be comfortable owning work from concept to final delivery, creating reusable assets, and developing visuals that support marketing, storytelling, and business growth. Success in this role requires strong creative instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to move quickly under tight deadlines without losing sight of brand standards or strategic intent.
You'll work closely with cross-functional partners while also collaborating with external creatives, including artists, photographers, and agencies, when needed. This role does not have a dedicated project manager, so the right candidate must be highly self-directed, organized, and accountable for driving their own work forward. The ideal candidate is energized by a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and where strong design plays an important role in how the company communicates with multiple audiences.
Responsibilities
Lead brand and marketing design work across a broad mix of channels, campaigns, and business needs. Create high-quality illustrations, graphics, and other visual assets from concept through final delivery. Build and maintain reusable creative assets such as landing pages, display ads, social media content, marketing decks, presentations, event materials, and other branded collateral. Manage multiple projects independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines without day-to-day project management support. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop visuals that connect with creators, Rumble users, advertisers, and business audiences. Help enforce consistency across the organization by applying and championing brand guidelines. Coordinate with external creative partners when additional support or specialized assets are needed. Contribute to other creative and brand initiatives as priorities evolve.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong brand and marketing work across multiple channels and asset types.
- 3+ years of experience designing email creative, ideally in Figma or a comparable design environment.
- Experience producing digital, presentation, and large-format creative assets.
- Strong understanding of how to connect brand or marketing strategy to effective visual design.
- Proficiency in Figma and strong command of design fundamentals including layout, typography, hierarchy, and composition.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, tight deadlines, and multiple concurrent projects.
- Highly self-directed, proactive, and organized, with the ability to manage work independently and own outcomes in an environment without dedicated project management support.
- General understanding of performance and growth marketing, and how creative work supports campaign outcomes.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and outside creative partners.
- Comfort working in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office products, especially for presentation, document, and collaborative asset development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for technology, media, creator-focused, or advertising-related businesses.
- Experience creating social assets for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Agency background or experience supporting multiple brands, campaigns, or audiences in parallel.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Creative, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience creating work that supports creator programs, audience growth, advertising, or brand partnerships.
Annual Compensation Range:
$107,000 - $127,000 USD base + benefits + equity (If based in the United States)
$105,000 - $127,000 CAD base + benefits + equity (If based in Canada)
Note: The salary range listed for this position is a good faith estimate based on experience, qualifications, and internal compensation structure. The actual salary offered varies depending on the candidate's skill level and experience. This posting refers to an active vacancy within the organization.
