What you will be
doing / Responsibilities

  • Engage with our customers through various social media channels
  • Develop customer-facing materials for our marketing and sales teams
  • Create engaging educational content that will help our customers work more productively, collaboratively, and comfortably
  • Produce video content for social and educational use, from filming through editing
  • Interview subject matter experts or customers
  • Continuously learning and bringing new ideas to our content strategy to find new ways to reach our audience
  • Answering inbound customer inquiries
  • Track content and campaign performance, and use those insights to shape what we create next
  • Occasionally participating in market development, trade shows, community events and those sponsored by Office Interiors or our customers


Your background / Requirements
& Assets

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education, preferably with a Marketing or related major
  • A passion for storytelling across various mediums (written, video, graphic, etc.)
  • Strong professional communication skills and comfort writing customer-facing content
  • Experience with, or an aptitude to learn, software required for the production, editing and publication of written and video content (examples include WordPress, HubSpot, Adobe suite of products, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.)


Assets:

  • Knowledge of, or aptitude to learn, HTML and web publishing and related software
  • Knowledge of, and ability to analyze web traffic metrics
  • Experience with photography or videography considered a plus
