Lead Jeweler / Casting Specialist

Damasci | Fine Jewellery Artisans

Damasci is a family-owned luxury jewelry house specializing in diamond engagement rings, bridal jewelry, custom design, and fine craftsmanship. For over two decades, we have been committed to exceptional quality, attention to detail, and providing an outstanding client experience.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Lead Jeweler to oversee manufacturing from casting through final assembly (excluding stone setting).

Responsibilities

* Cast precious metals including yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, and platinum

* Perform polishing, assembly, and finishing of fine jewelry

* Manufacture engagement rings, wedding bands, earrings, pendants, bracelets, necklaces, and other custom jewelry pieces

* Perform and troubleshoot jewelry repairs

* Laser welding and torch soldering

* Maintain Damasci quality standards throughout the manufacturing process

* Identify and resolve manufacturing challenges efficiently

* Collaborate with team members to ensure production deadlines are met

* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Required Qualifications

* Minimum 10 years of bench jeweler experience

* Minimum 2 years of precious metal casting experience

* Proven experience casting both gold and platinum

* Strong repair and manufacturing experience

* Experience with laser welding and torch soldering

* Strong understanding of jewelry production from casting through final finishing

* Excellent attention to detail and quality control

* Strong organizational and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* 10+ years of industry experience

* Experience leading production or mentoring junior jewelers

* Experience with custom bridal and high-end jewelry manufacturing
