Full job description

Our Company is a fast-growing custom printing company specializing in screen printing, DTF transfers, embroidery, and other decorated apparel solutions. Our mission is to deliver exceptional quality and innovation across all products. We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Screen Printer to join our production team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence.

Primary Objective

The Screen Printer is responsible for operating and maintaining screen printing equipment, ensuring consistent, high-quality output across all production runs. This role requires precision, teamwork, and an eye for detail to support our company’s daily production goals and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Set up and operate automatic and manual screen printing presses.

· Prepare screens, inks, and artwork for scheduled jobs.

· Perform test prints and ensure colour accuracy and registration.

· Conduct quality control checks during and after production.

· Maintain and troubleshoot printing equipment to minimize downtime.

· Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

· Track material usage and report inventory or supply shortages.

· Collaborate with production leads, embroidery, and cutting teams to coordinate workflow.

· Support other production tasks as needed (e.g., packaging, staging, or prep).

Qualifications

· Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on screen printing experience (automatic press preferred).

· Strong understanding of screen printing techniques, inks, mesh counts, and curing processes.

· Excellent attention to detail, colour accuracy, and job consistency.

· Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

· Strong time management and teamwork skills.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
