As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to help elevate our brand, support sales growth, and strengthen customer engagement.

This role will work alongside our in-house Graphic Designer to develop and execute marketing initiatives across digital, print, events, dealer programs, and customer communications.

Position Summary

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activities that support our business objectives. This individual will bring creativity, organization, and a results-oriented mindset to help increase brand awareness, generate leads, support customer retention, and drive engagement with our dealer network.

In addition to traditional marketing responsibilities, this role will play a key part in supporting and growing our dealer loyalty program and customer mobile app by developing promotional campaigns, creating communications, analyzing engagement metrics, and identifying opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Create and manage content for websites, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and marketing collateral
  • Work closely with the Graphic Designer to develop promotional materials, advertisements, presentations, brochures, and trade show assets
  • Coordinate marketing projects from concept to completion
  • Assist with content creation, copy writing, and brand messaging
  • Manage social media calendars and monitor engagement metrics
  • Maintain and update website content
  • Support lead generation and customer retention initiatives
  • Coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and customer-focused activities
  • Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and industry trends
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications
  • Assist with vendor management and external marketing partners as required
  • Support the ongoing development, promotion, and growth of the company's dealer loyalty program
  • Develop communications and campaigns to increase dealer participation, engagement, and program utilization
  • Manage marketing content and promotional activities related to the company's mobile app
  • Monitor loyalty program and app usage metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to increase engagement and customer retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop new initiatives, promotions, and dealer-focused marketing programs
  • Assist in creating training materials, program announcements, and customer communications related to dealer incentives and digital tools

Qualifications Required

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and marketing tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with limited supervision

Preferred

  • Experience in the transportation, trucking, fleet, automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
  • Experience supporting trade shows, distributor networks, or dealer channels
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
  • Photography, videography, or content creation experience
  • Experience working in a small or medium-sized business environment
  • Experience managing customer loyalty, rewards, retention, or engagement programs
  • Experience supporting mobile app marketing, user adoption campaigns, or customer engagement platforms
  • Experience working with dealer, distributor, or channel partner networks
