The Role

As a Junior Project Manager, you will work alongside our experienced Project Managers and Operations team to help deliver industrial construction and warehouse projects from award through completion.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing multiple industrial construction and warehouse projects.
  • Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Help develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
  • Order and track materials and equipment deliveries.
  • Attend customer meetings and project site visits.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
  • Assist with RFIs, submittals, permits, engineering coordination, and change orders.
  • Track project costs, budgets, and profitability.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Estimating, Operations, Procurement, and Finance.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and reporting.
  • Support health and safety documentation and compliance.
  • Assist with project closeout and customer handover.
  • Travel to project sites throughout Ontario and occasionally across Canada and the United States.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management.
  • Experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or automation is considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable reading construction drawings and specifications.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar software is an asset.
  • Valid G Driver’s Licence.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

  • Red Seal (preferred)
