Join Our Team at Community Fit Physiotherapy

We are a well-established and thriving Physiotherapy clinic with a strong reputation in Lacombe, AB, and are inviting competent, knowledgeable, outgoing, and motivated Physiotherapists/Physical Therapists to join our friendly team on a permanent full-time basis. A supervision agreement can be provided if the candidate is eligible to practice in the province of Alberta as a Physiotherapist. Our clinic’s success and reputation in the community provide a secure and promising environment for your career growth.

About the Position
Our caseload primarily consists of active clients dealing with various musculoskeletal conditions, including sports injuries, WCB Injuries, motor vehicle accident (MVA) injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, BPPV and concussion conditions. We largely rely on private payers for our client base. Our clinic focuses on Myofascial Release, Acupuncture, Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS), Manual Therapy, and Exercise Therapy. At Community Fit Physiotherapy Clinic, our experienced and friendly staff is always willing to assist one another, fostering a warm and encouraging environment that values your contribution and is dedicated to supporting your professional growth. We provide ample opportunities for further education and skill development, ensuring that you stay at the forefront of your field.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
  • Good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of Alberta and Malpractice Insurance
  • Motivation to continue and further their education, with ample opportunities for professional development
  • A commitment to providing comprehensive care.

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not mandatory):
Compensation will be increased based on completion of college-approved roosters, i.e, Training in Myofascial Release or other soft tissue techniques using Acupuncture and/or IMS certification, Completion of Level-2 Orthopaedic Manual Therapy Course and Order Diagnostic imaging
